Wine & Perfume with Premier Cru Wine Merchants

Kelly & Jones recently paired up with Premier Cru Wine Merchants, an incredible wine boutique on Madison Avenue, for a fragrant evening of wine and perfume. Our guests were treated to a gorgeous tasting of curated wines, alongside the Kelly & Jones Notes of Wine Collection. 

Premier Cru owner Michael Eigen poured an intriguing and lovely selection of reds and whites, while our guests celebrated the night out and whiffed the Notes of Wine collection. 

We started with a tasting of Val D'Oca Prosecco, a sparkler to celebrate spring, and aromas paired elegantly with the citrus in the Notes of Sauvignon Blanc. Next we poured the Villa Sparina Gavi, with notes of flowers and peach - although we were even more mesmerized by the flirty style of the bottle. Other pours included a Chateau Lamothe White Bordeaux, a Beaujolais Nouveau, and the elegant Elvi Classico Ribera del Jucar, a full-bodied Tempranillo type with berry notes to match our Notes of Merlot. 

Premier Cru is a gem of a wine shop just steps away from Central Park. We plan on spending lots of time there this coming summer, chatting with Michael, discovering his incredible wine recommendations, and stocking up on some treasured wines!
