RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Because our products are small batch and hand-poured to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We strongly encourage customers to purchase Samples prior to ordering full-size bottles, as fragrance preference is subjective.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1-4 business days, not including in-transit time. Orders ship from Metro Detroit, Michigan via USPS or UPS. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. Please note that delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed.

SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for: Missing or incomplete addresses, missing apartment, unit or suite numbers, or address errors caused by browser or auto-fill tools. Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled.

DELIVERY ISSUES & LOST PACKAGES

Once an order is marked DELIVERED by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not able to replace or refund orders that are marked delivered by the carrier, lost after delivery, stolen after delivery, or mis-delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 

If your package is marked delivered but not received, you must contact your local post office or carrier directly and request confirmation or GPS delivery verification to locate the package. If theft is suspected, a report can be filed.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Filing a chargeback for an order that has been confirmed as delivered, or for which delivery has been acknowledged, constitutes a dispute of a valid transaction. We reserve the right to submit all documentation to the card issuer, including delivery confirmation and customer correspondence.

WHAT ABOUT YOUR INGREDIENTS? 

Our hand-poured fragrances are 100% non-toxic, vegan and cruelty-free, and always paraben & phthalate-free. We use naturals, essential oils and synthetic materials in our products and work in strict regulatory compliance with the International Fragrance Research Association (IFRA). Synthetics and bio-identical ingredients offer a more sustainable approach to our perfumery from both an environmental and ethical perspective. We’re proud to source our ingredients from the very best fragrance houses - experts in clean, safe and beautiful molecules and materials. We're authentically transparent about our ingredients and provide a detailed list of ingredients on every product page as well as our cartons. 

ARE YOUR FRAGRANCES UNISEX? 

Every K+J fragrance is designed to be gender-free. Fragrance is a very personal choice and one should always wear what they love.  

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EAU DE PARFUM & PERFUME OIL?

Our Eau de Parfum Sprays are slightly stronger vs. the Perfume Oils in terms of strength but we always suggest that you purchase based on how you love to apply your scent. Sprays feel like a ritual, and you can cover more surface area, even spritzing your scarf. Perfume Oils are great for traveling, on-the-go and touching up during the day. They're also a great way to try a fragrance before committing to a full-size bottle.

HOW LONG DOES THE FRAGRANCE LAST ON MY SKIN?

K+J fragrances are hand-poured and made with the highest quality ingredients and strongest intensity available in a formula (EDP = 20%, Perfume Oil = 20%). That said, fragrance strength and longevity can differ on skin from person to person. Perfume likes a moisturized surface and may not last as long on dry skin. We like to apply an unscented moisturizer prior to the fragrance to help hold the scent; also apply it to your pulse points and let it dry naturally vs rubbing it in. pH level in skin, your diet and hormone fluctuations, which differ on everyone, can also affect how the fragrance wears.

In addition, citrus and lighter notes are more ethereal with smaller molecules that oxidize faster vs. woody or musky notes with larger molecules that can last longer. 

Fragrances are like wine and can deepen in both color and scent over time, naturally. Be sure to store your fragrance in a cool, dark place and treat it like a fine bottle of wine for the best longevity.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS A GIFT? 

There is a section at checkout that allows you to write your gift message, which will be printed on the packing slip. We also hand-write every gift note message to include in the box. Our packing slips never display item prices. 

DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE EVENTS? 

Yes - our fragrances are very experiential and celebrate the art of tasting and smelling wine. We are available for private events on a national basis; please contact us at info@kellyandjones.com to inquire. We are also available for private speaking engagements covering topics including fragrance, wine, small business and women entrepreneurs.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We apologize that we are unable to ship internationally at this time.

CAN I PURCHASE AT A STORE NEAR ME?

Our collections are available at select stockists. Please see our Retailer page for info and locations. We suggest calling before visiting to confirm, as each store carries different items and quantities from our collections.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX? 

We do not collect sales tax on orders placed outside the state of Michigan. All Michigan orders are subject to sales tax.

DO YOU OFFER A WHOLESALE PROGRAM?
